Adoption Day
This year on January 21st May my brother was adopted. This is the begining what happened. First both sets of grandparents came over and we were chatting all the time especially the ladies. Secondly we got excitedly drove to the court room. Both sets of grandmas and granddads were in one car and me, mum , dad and [Pickle] were in the other. Next After that we got to the court room and sat down on the HUGE chairs chiars chairs intensely waiting for the judge. I felt really nervous. Next we got some presents. I got some felt tips that change colour and [Pickle] got some lego. Afterward’s we all had to sit on a bench with the judge and have our photo taken. We also got a certificate showing that [Pickle] is now ofishaly officially part of our family. [Pickle] also got a toy rat. Later on the judge made us try on the wig it looked like a dead mouse and it smelt like a dead mouse [Gherkin’s hand-drawn picture of wig with a mouse’s tail]. After we went out for a meal at T.G.I. Fridays and mum made the cake. That was a surprise!!!!!! The next day we had a massive party with friends and family.
